OUR DEVELOPMENTS

We currently have two active developments and three completed developments that are fully occupied – all in the historic regions of Knutsford and High Legh, named by the Sunday Times as the best place to live in the North West in 2017.

Blackhill Farm was completed and fully sold in 2014; The Old Dairy was completed and sold in 2016.  Sudlow Fruit Farm is close to completion in the second half of 2017; The Cowshed is now sold and undergoing development, with an expected completion date in 2017/18.  Our newest development, a small number of exclusive houses in High Legh, is due to arrive on the market soon.
