With winter still holding sway, our construction professionals remained hard at work this month, securing the foundations and laying the driveways and pathways that will connect the houses at The Old Dairy.

The historic barn – already sold – is being rebuilt course by course, and work is underway to protect and enhance original features throughout the development, including a particularly characterful outdoor staircase.

We’re excited to have the opportunity to work with local family businesses again, creating truly bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and living experiences that complement our one-of-a-kind homes.
