Sudlow Fruit Farm – construction update and final availability

It’s been a while since we published an update on Sudlow Fruit Farm, our exciting development project that’s walking distance from the bustling heart of Knutsford, but has two feet firmly planted in the countryside.

Things have been anything but quiet in the meantime, though.  And while that activity hasn’t all been on-site, we have been pushing forward our commitment to blending unmistakable Cheshire character with the last word in luxury in other ways.

We’re thrilled to be able to announce that construction resumed in earnest at Sudlow Fruit Farm before the holidays, and that a second-round planning application has given us the opportunity to offer seven unique new homes to the market – rather than the six we originally expected.

The Sudlow site has always been close to our hearts; both Directors picked strawberries there during our schooltime summers.  So we cannot wait to see it restored to its rightful place in the community.  More importantly, we’re excited that our experience with barn subdivision and traditional craftsmanship enables another family to share our vision, and to make their new home where heritage meets the high end.

That family will have to act quickly, though, as only two units remain unreserved!

Updated architect’s plans are now available to download from the Sudlow Fruit Farm project page, which show the site itself, as well as demonstrating how the L-shaped barns are subdivided, and the individual units laid out.

With a projected completion date of winter 2017, each unit at Sudlow Fruit Farm will be finished to the same luxurious level as our homes at The Old Dairy, and can include kitchens by Sheerin Bespoke, French limestone floors, Duravit and Tissini bathrooms, and Hans Groher sanitary ware.

If you are interested in visiting the site, or discussing availability, please contact us sooner rather than later.  We expect the remaining two units to be snapped up quickly!
