Work is well underway at our High Legh site with estimated completion being Autumn 2020.  The village itself sits just ten minutes’ drive from our hometown of Knutsford, Cheshire and we are thrilled to have the chance to bring that blend of heritage and the high-end to a new, but nearby, location.

We have currently planned construction of two large, semi-detached family homes, and one large detached family home – each with large pockets of land attached.

Construction is due for completion around September 2020 at our High Legh site, with the same uncompromising standards of fit and finish as our other developments in nearby Knutsford.
