SUDLOW FRUIT FARM
Sudlow Fruit Farm is a project close to our hearts. The site was a working farm until relatively recently, and both MUD Directors remember spending childhood summers picking strawberries in its fields Following our award-nominated work on Blackhill Farm and The Old Dairy, 2017 sees us applying the same standard of fit, finish, sensitivity and sustainability to our restoration of Sudlow’s imposing farmhouse and L-shaped barns.
And with construction now approaching completion, it seems Sudlow Fruit Farm holds a special kind of sway over others as well; interest in the development has been high, and the first homes will be ready for occupation later in 2017. The farmhouse was sold almost as soon as we acquired the site, and families who were too late to secure a barn conversion at the sought-after Old Dairy instead started to investigate this sister development. Situated on the same rural lane as The Old Dairy – the two sites are minutes’ drive apart – Sudlow Fruit Farm shares much of its Cheshire character, but each property has its own unique architectural twists.
With construction approaching the final stages, floor plans of all remaining homes (and an overall site plan) can be obtained by completing the adjacent contact form. A member of the MUD team will be in touch should you wish to arrange a site visit.
Even though this is our third development, the level of interest shown in Sudlow Fruit Farm still surprised us. Restoration work to the characterful barns began in late 2016, following a revised planning application, and as of May 2018, all but one of the seven properties has been sold off.
To obtain architect’s plans for all homes, and an overview of the entire development, please complete the adjacent contact form, providing your name, email address, and contact number. A PDF (3.2mb in size) will begin to download once the form is submitted.
If you are interested in exploring a Modern Unique Development in advance of future projects becoming available, we are still able to arrange site visits to Sudlow Fruit Farm.
As of May 2018, availability at Sudlow Fruit Farm is as follows:
Like all our developments, the units at Sudlow Fruit Farm can be as unique as the families who make their homes in them.
With most of our developments sold almost entirely off-plan, we are keen to work with buyers who want to put their own stamp on our already-unique buildings. From choosing kitchens to altering internal layouts, we encourage anyone looking to customise their own slice of Cheshire luxury to contact us as soon as a development is advertised.
