Sudlow Fruit Farm nears completion
Our work at Sudlow Fruit Farm nears completion, with the first new residents scheduled to take ownership before the end of October.
Our construction teams have been hard at work giving a new lease of life to Sudlow Fruit Farm – a site that holds fond memories for our owners, who spent childhood summers there, picking strawberries.
As we approach the end of summer 2017, the project enters one of its final phases, and we expect the first families to take ownership of their new homes before the end of October.
We are thrilled by the interest show in Sudlow Fruit Farm – something we believe speaks to the demand for high-quality, high-end houses around the Knutsford area.
Once our work at Sudlow Fruit Farm completes, MUD will have two active projects: the Cowshed at The Old Dairy (now sold) and a small development of new, timber-framed family homes in nearby High Legh – each with ample land attached.
Should you wish to visit Sudlow Fruit Farm, see the MUD philosophy in action, or register your interest in our newest development in High Legh, please get in touch with a member of the team.
